The short version

This site sets a single cookie, and only once you interact with the waitlist form. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie, and nothing shared with a third party. That is why you are not being shown a consent banner: strictly necessary cookies do not require one.

What is set

NamePurposeExpiresType
PHPSESSIDHolds the anti-forgery token that proves the waitlist form was submitted by you and not by another site on your behalf. When you close the browserStrictly necessary

What is not set

No Google Analytics. No Meta pixel. No advertising or remarketing tags. No cross-site trackers, fingerprinting scripts or session recorders. The only external request this page makes is to Google Fonts for two typefaces.

Local storage

Once you have an account, your book is cached on your device so recipes you have opened stay readable offline. That cache lives in your browser, never leaves your device, and is cleared when you log out or clear site data.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for a site. Blocking ours will stop the waitlist form from submitting, since the anti-forgery check depends on it. Everything else on the page keeps working.
